Adam Conrad
General Manager
Adam is a Certified Crop Advisor with over a decade of experience in the seed production industry, working across Ohio and Illinois. He currently serves on the Ohio AgriBusiness Association Board of Directors. Adam brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for agriculture. Since joining the team in 2018, he’s been a trusted leader — and was named General Manager in July 2024.
Adam and his wife, Samantha, are raising two children, Josie and Cooper, on their family farm near Richwood.
Heather goodman
operations Manager
Heather is a third-generation grain farmer in Cardington, Ohio, who was first put on a tractor at just two days old. he grew up in 4-H showing cattle and sheep along with sewing projects. Heather attended The Ohio State University ATI and graduated with a degree in Floral Design and Agronomy. She joined Local Connection Ag with 13 years of experience with Channel Seed.
Julie Louiso
Julie is an Ohio State graduate with a master’s in finance. Originally from Sabina, Ohio, she was a State FFA officer in 1998. She is currently involved in the day-to-day operation of Local Connection Ag.
Nathan and Julie are the proud parents of Chance and Gavin (twin 14-year-olds) and Simon (11).
Justin Monroe
Warehouse Manager
Justin was raised on a small grain farm just north of Richwood, OH, and still plays a role in Monroe Family Farm. He served through 4-H, FFA, the Air Force at Ellsworth AFB and multiple deployments. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Ag Business from Ohio State ATI, he joined AgriCorps in Ghana.
Jeremiah Durbin
District Sales Manager
Jeremiah joined Local Connection Ag in 2022, bringing with him a lifetime of agricultural experience and a strong passion for serving farmers and rural communities.
Jeremiah grew up on his family farm, where his involvement in 4-H and FFA helped shape his dedication to agriculture from an early age. He earned a degree in Applied Chemical Science with a concentration in Caterpillar Equipment.
Jeremiah spent five years as a soil health specialist with TACD and has nine years of experience as an independent crop consultant, working with producers across eight states. His combination of hands-on farming experience, technical knowledge, and crop consulting expertise gives him a practical, well-rounded approach to helping producers improve soil health, crop performance and overall farm productivity.
Jeremiah resides in Hillsboro, Ohio, with his wife, Jessica, and their family. He is the proud father of Kody, Cole, Jayce, Cohen, Adalee, Everlee and Camden. When he isn’t working with producers, Jeremiah enjoys staying connected to his agricultural roots and spending time with his family.
Hudson Warner
District Sales Manager
Hudson was born and raised in Marion, Ohio. He does not come from an ag background but found a strong passion for agriculture at a young age. He is currently in his final months of his bachelor’s degree in Ag Business and Applied Economics at The Ohio State University. Hudson has a strong passion for row crop production, working with people and making a positive impact. He is the next leading generation in agriculture and brings a young, energetic role to our team and growers.
